1. 1.Different treatment quality for communists and non-communists.
   

2. 2.Doctor’s offices will be required to put all communists, socialists... in front of the waiting line or list.
   

3. 3.Mandatory vaccination.
   

4. 4.Bribery.
   

5. 5.Underground medical treatment.
   

6. 6.The search for alternative healing.
   

7. 7.Mental institutions, better known for ex-Soviets as psychiatric hospitals and clinics.
